THE ROLE

The Senior Account Executive provides day-to-day support/services to assigned clients. The incumbent is responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget. The social brand Executive supports and collaborates with team members on tactical and strategic aspects of the account.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountability for the day-to-day execution of assigned task.
• Act as a liaison between all departments, vendors and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects/ campaigns.
• Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
• Participate in planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns.
• Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
• Provide timely and consistent communication to clients, vendor and internal team on the status of projects
• When establishing and executing advertising strategy, provide assistance and present ideas
• Assist in preparing Ad brief through client’s accordance and data analysis
• Assist various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand/marketing communication strategy, market trends & competitor’s trend/analysis

The role of the Business Development and KAM Lead is to drive the development and implementation of key partnerships/ new business models with key accounts from MNCs and local that are essential to the long-term growth of the CENTRIGO™ Farming ecosystem business in Indonesia.  Key responsibilities include managing partnerships across all aspects, leading and manage critical projects, identifying market opportunities, emerging trends and technologies in agriculture, building partnerships with new stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions that meet the needs of farmers, consumers, and the environment. The Business Development Lead is responsible for driving growth and profitability for the organization by creating new revenue streams and expanding market exposure through building strong relationship with Business and value-chain companies.

• Should be able to drive commercial conversations with Sourcing teams and commercial teams.

• Create Business plan and modus operandi to deliver the target.

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of invoice handling, ensuring process invoices for accuracy, matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts, completeness documents, and proper approval.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in A/P & Treasury processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to A/P, including reconciliation, providing data and reports related to accounts payable, GRNI, and cash balance for financial reporting.
• Approve and validate A/P PO invoices, expense reports to A/P, application payment vendors
• Administer cash management, bank account administration, bank service fees, treasury accounting support, and foreign exchange.
• Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, responding to vendor inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, banking, and other functional area.
• Responsible for managing daily cash positions and ensuring sufficient liquidity, monitoring, and analyzing cash flow forecasts.
• Actively participate in the management of banking relationships.
• Responsible for preparing reports on A/P & treasury activities for management and compliance requirements ( internal and external)
• Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing efficiency measures in the A/P and Treasury area.
