Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and manage financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a supervisory role preferred.

• Berinteraksi dengan konsultan pajak dan otoritas pajak untuk mengatasi masalah perpajakan yang mungkin timbul.

1. Pelaporan Keuangan:

• Menyiapkan laporan keuangan bulanan, kuartalan, dan tahunan.
• Menyajikan laporan keuangan kepada manajemen senior dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.
• Menganalisis laporan keuangan untuk memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan.

1. Pengawasan Tim Akuntansi:

• Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim akuntansi, termasuk perekrutan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi kinerja.
• Memastikan anggota tim memiliki sumber daya dan dukungan yang diperlukan untuk melaksanakan tugas mereka.

1. Audit Internal dan Kepatuhan:

• Mengkoordinasikan dan mendukung audit internal dan eksternal.
• Mengelola dan mengimplementasikan kontrol internal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi risiko.

• Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
• Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
• Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
• Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• conduct a review and analysis of the company's financial statements.
• financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with PSAK.
• Designing, handling and costing against the company's budget on a regular basis and controlling the company.
• Assisting KAP auditors and tax auditors.
• Coordinate the Accounting Department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments.

Mendukung pelaksanaan sistem akuntansi yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen, agar berjalan sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Mengkoordinir staff accounting dan melaksanakan proses akuntansi dengan tepat waktu, tepat sasaran dan menerapkan kontrol yang baik untuk semua dokumen dan data yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

Mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keuangan

Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial discrepancies
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with vendors and clients
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the same position, prior experience in Accounting or Finance (particularly in a 5-star luxury resort/hotel) is an advantage

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
