Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial discrepancies
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and correspondence with vendors and clients

The successful candidate will assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining the organization's accounting controls. Responsibilities:

• Assisting in ensuring that financial reports have been presented according to procedures by checking daily, monthly, and annual recordings.

• Mengelola fungsi akuntansi dalam memproses data dan informasi keuangan untuk menghasilkan Laporan Keuangan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan mengontrol perencanaan, pelaporan dan pembayaran kewajiban pajak perusahaan agar efisien, akurat, tepat waktu, dan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku.
• Melakukan verifikasi keabsahan dan kelengkapan dokumen perpajakan
• Memastikan semua uang masuk dan uang keluar sudah teridentifikasi dengan benar
