Tasks & responsibilities

• Oversee the management of clients' tax obligations, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and Withholding Taxes (Articles 21/23/25), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and submission of clients' tax reports.
• Assist clients in resolving tax-related issues, including tax audits, disputes, or appeals.
• Prepare clients' financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK or IFRS).

• Develop report of cost accounting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, Cost Accounting Section Manager to ensure all related activities are well-documented.

Memproses dan mengelola laporan keuangan :

1. Memeriksa surat jalan & faktur terkait penagihan

2. Memberikan surat jalan dan faktur terkait penagihan kepada inkaso

3. Melakukan Cash Opname bersama kasih dan collector

4. Memeriksa bukti transaksi dari kasir

5. Mencatat semua transaksi biaya (keluar dan masuk) kedalam jurnal akunting

Membuat laporan pajak :

1. Menganalisis kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan (hal apa saja yang perlu di laporkan)

2. Menghitung pph21 sesuai dengan payroll perusahaan

3. Menyiapkan keperluan administrasi surat menyurat dengan kantor pajak

4. Penerbitan laporan keuangan terdiri atas laporan laba rugi, laporan neraca

5. Melakukan perhitungan, pembayaran, dan pelaporan seperti SPT bulanan pph, SPT bulanan ppn, SPT Tahunan)

6. Melakukan perencanaan pajak sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan

7. Melaporkan laporan pajak kepada SPV
