Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

-       Able to work in team

ABOUT YOUR ROLE : 

You will be responsible for Account Payable and Taxation. You will be based in Cikarang. This is a 5 months contractual role. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Prepare VAT invoices and key in VAT 
• Prepare reconciliation of tax accounts, tax payment and tax reporting
• Prepare Withholding certificates and send to Vendors
• Input, Journal daily transactions and checking the completeness of supporting documents
• Communicate with users, vendors and SSO team
• Prepare Payments
• Administration work and filling
• Support on audit

Staff Finance & Accounting

Qualification:

● Basic understanding of accounting principles

● Proficiency in Google Ecosystem (Gslides, Gsheets, Gdocs)

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

● Good communication and teamwork skills

● Attended SIA (Sistem Informasi Akuntasi) & SIM (Sistem Informasi Management)

• Membuat Laporan Harian, Mingguan, Bulanan & Tahunan
• Stock Opname
• Arsip
• Administrasi

Membuat Laporan Keuangan setiap bulan, Input Jurnal , cek Remmitance , dan membuat Invoice, AR income , AP Income dll

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Auditor at Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

• In-depth knowledge of PSAK & Tax regulation in Indonesia

• Strong in Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & used to work with ERP Software (SAP)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.

2) Memproses semua request yang diajukan user,

3) Membuat laporan keuangan, mencatat cashflow keuangan
