MidPlaza Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo Resort. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial goals, maintaining a strong accounting control environment, and implementing efficient financial processes. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with taxation requirements.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits.
- Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals.
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
