Tugas Pokok :

1. Mengawasi anggota tim pajak
2. Mengembangkan strategi pajak untuk kepastian patuh pajak
3. Menyiapkan dan mengajukan laporan pajak
4. Membangun hubungan dengan klien dan kantor pajak
5. Memiliki strategi menghadapi pemeriksa pajak 

Tugas Tambahan :

1. Meningkatkan literasi pajak pada setiap bagian di Perusahaan

- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

Staff Administrasi

Membuat Laporan Keuangan setiap bulan, Input Jurnal , cek Remmitance , dan membuat Invoice, AR income , AP Income dll

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Ensure financial data accuracy.
• Prepare and file tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Manage invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Ensure timely financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances.

• Assist in Journal Entry
• Organize a financial filing system
• Data Entry
• Assist in Preparing report.
• Track all payments.

• Supporting operational function for Farm Support Package (FSP) accounting & finance activity
• Mitigating and scanning the vendor, third parties, and forwarder invoices
• Listing logbook invoices intercompany
• Follow proper communication with business units for daily operation
• Supporting administration process related to farm activity

3) Membuat laporan keuangan, mencatat cashflow keuangan
