• Lead the accounting & tax department, including: set and maintain SOPs and train the staff
• Representing the company to deal with outside parties (KAP auditors, taxes, suppliers, etc.) with the company's permission.
• Provide / collect company data for taxation or other audit needs.
• Monitor the preparation of periodic financial reports; reports meet basic accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• conduct a review and analysis of the company's financial statements.
• financial statements prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with PSAK.
• Designing, handling and costing against the company's budget on a regular basis and controlling the company.
• Assisting KAP auditors and tax auditors.
• Coordinate the Accounting Department, both in terms of timeliness of work completion, reporting and cooperation with related departments.

Mengawasi dan mengkoordinasikan serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keuangan

• Identify and implement the efficient and effective processes and systems to ensure statutory requirements are achieved to support the strategic objectives of the company and to ensure the compliance to Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Perform the day to day areas of cost accounting, journaling Account Payable of subsidiary company and Chandra Asri to ensure the completeness of related documents, cash advance and related transactions.
• Perform the financial and statutory reporting deadline, specifically managing the financial and statutory accounting function, to ensure the compliance to the Indonesian GAAP and Company’s accounting policy.
• Develop report of cost accounting to the Cost Accounting Supervisor, Cost Accounting Section Manager to ensure all related activities are well-documented.

Responsibilities:

-       Able to handle full set report in accounting (AP, AR, Bank, GL, Inventory)

-       Understand Indonesia taxes regulation (Income Tax)

-       Able to operate tax system e-spt is a plus

-       Able  to prepare cash flow and cash forecast

-       Understand Bank Indonesia reports

-       Having high anthusiasm for learning

Tugas Pokok :

Staff Finance & Accounting

Tanggung Jawab:

• Membuat pembukuan keuangan perusahaan.
• Melakukan posting jurnal operasional.
• Membuat laporan keuangan.
• Memeriksa dan melakukan verifikasi kelengkapan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan transaksi keuangan.
• Membuat sales order, surat jalan, invoice, dan faktur pajak.
• Merekap piutang, pajak masuk dan keluar.
• Membuat laporan rekap omzet per bulan.
• Merekap absensi, menghitung payroll dan bpjs.
• Paham akan Dokumen Legal dan Perijinan (OSS)
• Paham terkait Pemasukan Dokumen Tender (EPROC)

Syarat dan Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma Accounting.
• Diutamakan Berpengalaman Accounting dan Finance di perusahaan konstruksi/sejenisnya
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Accounting dan Admin.
• Menguasai Microsoft Office secara mendalam.
• Menguasai Zahir Accounting.
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.

Staff Administrasi

Membuat Laporan Keuangan setiap bulan, Input Jurnal , cek Remmitance , dan membuat Invoice, AR income , AP Income dll

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Auditor at Public Accounting Firm (KAP)

• In-depth knowledge of PSAK & Tax regulation in Indonesia

• Strong in Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & used to work with ERP Software (SAP)

• Strong analytical and problem solving skill

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Strong leadership and personnel management skills

• Willing to be placed in Tangerang area.
