• Menyusun dan mencatat data produksi, meliputi: catatan dan laporan volume produksi, konsumsi bahan baku, control kualitas, dan aspek lainnya.
• Menyusun dan merekam data produksi, meliputi data pesananan konsumen, hasil produksi, dll.
• Mengikuti prosedur pencatatan yang ditentukan, baik secara manual maupun komputerisasi.
• Mengelola seluruh dokumen yang terkait dengan sistem jaminan produk halal.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif ke divisi lain mencakup hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan produksi.
• Memeriksa dan mengelola sistem gudang produksi.
• Menyiapkan dokumen kelengkapan pengiriman hasil produksi.

• Wanita/Pria berusia 19 - 30 tahun;
• Pendidikan minimal D3 Administrasi Bisnis;
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan;
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang administrasi otomotif menjadi nilai tambah;
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Head Office Semarang;

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and customer requirements. This is a contractual role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Handle material slitting planning, and ensure sufficient orders are released to production, optimizing capacity.
• Coordinate material arrival for production planning to ensure smooth operation and continued customer supply.
• Follow up shortages/upsurge with Planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting customer delivery.
• Monitor aging stock, clear aging stock/samples, slow-move inventory and write off requests.
• Monitor and update daily basis shipment schedule and coordinate activities with Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planner, and Customer Service as required.
• Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.
• Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team daily to ensure requests are responded to timely.
• Liaise with transporters on customer delivery arrangements.
• To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled.
• Back up to other OF team members during their absence.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will be responsible  for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction. This is a CONTRACTUAL role for 6 months.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly, customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
• Sales order credit hold check, cash in advance - payment check.
• Daily email backlogs updates to customers.
• Bi-weekly indent orders updates to customers.
• Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
• Coordinate clearing aging inventory and slow-move inventory.
• CS support administrative tasks when needed, CS back up
