- VENDOR SOURCING, NEGOTIATION, COST DOWN 

- MANAGE INCOMING DELIVERIES TO WAREHOUSE 

- LIAISE WITH STAKEHOLDERS FOR ON-TIME RECEIVING AND SYSTEM UPDATING 

- MANAGE OUTGOING SHIPMENTS FROM WAREHOUSE 

- IDENTIFY PROCESS BOTTLENECK TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY 

- ENSURE THAT INVENTORY RECORDS ARE UPDATED 

- NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR PROCESS SAMPLE/DOCUMENT SUBMISSION 

- KNOWING PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND PLAN FOR DEVELOPING 

- COMMUNICATE AND WORK CLOSELY WITH PLANNING, QA, AND ENGINEERS ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE, CHANGES, AND REVISIONS FROM CUSTOMERS OR ENGINEERING CHANGES.

• Fixed Asset Management (Capitalize, Tagging, Audit, etc)

• Forecasting and monitoring of expenditure

• Prepare and present financial reports

• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data

• Perform other duties as assigned (if any)

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

Essential Job Functions:

• Mapping the potential resources in the context of greenfield development.

• Assessing the technical feasibility of the wind and solar project.

• Identifying and assessing the terrain characteristics, constraint, environmental and consequently land availability aspect during development and the process of acquisition.

• Designing and maintaining the quality of wind monitoring campaign, including procurement of the required sensors.

• Assessing and analysing measurement data from both met mast and remote sensing devices (e.g., SODAR/LIDAR).

• Conducting linear/WAsP modelling (wind) and PVSyst modelling (solar) as well as the integration and justification of technical losses and uncertainty.

• Conducting technical iteration along project phases.

• Producing proper relevant maps, reports, and presentations.

• Managing and reviewing the external technical studies conducted by third party.

• Verification of the site condition in liaison with the OEM/manufacturers.

As a data analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and business intelligence.

You will work with various stakeholders across the CVB organization to identify data needs, define metrics, deliver insights, and collaborate with other IT Team Members from other sites to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using tools such as AWS, Foresight, and Alteryx.

• Conduct data analysis and visualization using tools such as Tableau and SQL.

• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data findings and recommendations.

• Apply statistical and analytical methods to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.

• Develop and maintain data documentation, metadata, and data dictionaries.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data governance standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field.

• At least two years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or data science.

• Proficient in AWS, Foresight, Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
