Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting or Finance Management or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

• Possess strong analytical, communication, and presentation skill

• Proficient in Ms Office and SAP system will be preferable

- VENDOR SOURCING, NEGOTIATION, COST DOWN 

- MANAGE INCOMING DELIVERIES TO WAREHOUSE 

- LIAISE WITH STAKEHOLDERS FOR ON-TIME RECEIVING AND SYSTEM UPDATING 

- MANAGE OUTGOING SHIPMENTS FROM WAREHOUSE 

- IDENTIFY PROCESS BOTTLENECK TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY, QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY 

- ENSURE THAT INVENTORY RECORDS ARE UPDATED 

- NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR PROCESS SAMPLE/DOCUMENT SUBMISSION 

- KNOWING PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND PLAN FOR DEVELOPING 

- COMMUNICATE AND WORK CLOSELY WITH PLANNING, QA, AND ENGINEERS ON THE PRODUCTION SCHEDULE, CHANGES, AND REVISIONS FROM CUSTOMERS OR ENGINEERING CHANGES.

• Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that all employee is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing policies, SOPs, tax regulations, applicable laws, government regulations and industry standards.
• Identify shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policies and SOPs; assess the effectiveness of current policies and SOPs and recommend and implement required changes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager & Project Team to prepare the Construction Budget.
• Prepare and present Report Budget vs Actual at weekly/biweekly budget meetings.
• Actively coordinate with Project Team and Project Development Advisor to Ensure Value engineering is conducted and Monitor and control actual spending is within the budget
• Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader.
• Inform and/or updates executives, the peers and subordinates with relevant information in a timely manner.
• Leverages technology and effectively use information systems and tools to generate reports and provide management with analytical support to drive decision-making.
• Assist Compliance Leader in interacting, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with all members of the organization to gather feedback and ensure client/customer satisfactions.

• 4-year bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance.

• Maximum 28 years old and based in Bali.

• Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral)

• Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.

• Work with management teams to translate strategic objectives into executable projects, and to develop plans for achieving stated objectives.  Provide executives with project risk assessments and summary level project status reports.

• Develop budget for project(s) and keep within budget.

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, raise AFE & status reports. 

• Leading the rapid & flawless execution of high-profile cross-functional projects.  

• Create detailed project plans that explicitly align the efforts of multiple functional specialties (e.g. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, other).

• Leverage Design for Lean Sigma methods & tools to: accelerate project timelines, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and build quality into projects from the outset.

• Ensure teams meet or exceed anticipated project benefits on-time, within budget, and with the desired level of quality.

• Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives.

• Partner with site leaders to train and deploy Enterprise Lean Sigma practices.

• Own ELS assessment and improvement initiatives.

• Support the select core implementation team members and introduce them to: value stream management process, 5S, visual controls, VSM, Kanban, Daily MDI, etc.

• Develop ELS training plans, site’s trainers and track progress.

• Monitor the team’s progress in applying the Enterprise Lean Sigma techniques

• Review current and future state value stream maps and kaizen proposals.

• Apply Enterprise Lean Sigma assessment throughout the site and participate on ELS site assessments.

• Lead site’s layout and flow process improvement efforts.

• Supporting day-to-day activity for handling building maintenance and MAE maintenance.
• Managing factory facility, infrastructure services, and new project development.
• Doing HSE activity, which includes supporting on Safety Meeting & Safety
  Genba, supporting on Electrical Safety (ES-LO), manage security services, handling of hazardous material, hazardous waste (PPLI), and non-hazardous material (CV SLJ), and commercial process (EMS/QMS)
• Keeping and maintaining quality management system, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, SO45001, ISO14000, Legal Requirement, and Customer Need.
• Reporting of activities (daily, monthly, planned activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.
