The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with our strategic finance team to set business plan targets, provide critical projections for major sale events, and mentor more junior analysts within the team. Additionally, this role will support senior leadership by providing key recommendations to steer the overall business strategy. Strong technical skills in Tableau, Python, and Databricks are essential, as is financial acumen and an ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations. The Operations Associate Intern will work closely with the operations team to support day-to-day activities and gain valuable insights into the operational functions of our organization.

What will you do but not limited to:

Process Support:

• Assist in executing and monitoring daily operational tasks.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Data Entry and Analysis:

• Enter and update data in databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.

Inventory Assistance:

• Support in monitoring and managing inventory levels.
• Assist in coordinating with the procurement team for stock replenishment.

Quality Assurance Support:

• Aid in implementing quality control measures.
• Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies or issues related to product quality.

Process Documentation:

• Assist in maintaining documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to communicate operational performance.

 Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with different teams to understand their operational needs.
• Provide support in facilitating communication and coordination between departments.

Compliance Assistance:

• Support efforts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Stay informed about industry best practices under the guidance of the operations team.

• a Final year student or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, and/or any related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning about business operations and processes.
• Eagerness to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Age range: 25-38 years
• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Target-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in handling General Business accounts is preferred
