PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Support on-site staffs in giving the recommendation and good solution on any building operational problem that has occurred.
- Implement the policy and procedures and give recommendations and good solutions on any operational issues that occurred during on-site visit.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or campus including janitorial, security & safety, engineering and general maintenance and helps to ensure these are carried out in a manner consistent with C&W policies and ownership directives. This includes assisting with the management of contracts and vendors
- Analyze building conditions and assigned building management resources and prepare reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions; advise other administrative officials regarding building conditions and utilization as affected by repair/maintenance/enhancement activities.
- Developing and implementing recommendations to position the Property at its highest and best use. Preparing and presenting periodic valuations of the Property, including yield and/or rate of return analysis and five to ten years cash flow projections.
- Prepare and update plans for response to and recovery from emergency and disaster conditions in connection to the assigned project(s); lead and participate in implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
- Update the benchmarking of building management information, such as service charge, rental fee, fitting out charge, overtime charge, etc.
- Ensure that the building safety, security, and healthy environment are functioned appropriately.
- Manage Schedule and coordinate meetings/special events as requested
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
- Proven experience in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
- Excellent communication in English.
- Great attention to detail, diligent, organized, and focused.
- Committed, able to work to deadlines, prioritise and juggle between tasks.
- Business writing and reporting skills
- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
- Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver.
- Ability to produce high quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.)
- Good team player, also able to work independently.
- Curiosity and drive to solve problems.
- Knowledge of facilities management and best practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word or other application
