- Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction and maintenance activities related to building projects.
- Develop and implement project schedule, budget, and resources allocation.
- Supervise and monitor contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement of construction materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and site visits to ensure work progress and quality control.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction and maintenance, preferably in building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and having knowledge about implementation of Safety, Healthy, Environmental best practice related to workplace
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
