As a Legal Admin, you can explore in the Company's compliance with company licensing, company documents and compliance obligations for every action taken by the Company

Responsibility :

• Manage and maintain originals and soft copies of company licensing and company documents
• Manage and monitor company permit and legality deadlines
• Handle administrative work related to Legal and Compliance
• Take minutes of meeting attended
• Provide regular updates to superiors
• Maintain proper document filing and arrange documents sending to third parties
• Monitor and analyze the latest rules or regulations from regulators supporting Compliance function

• Law graduate, 1-3 years of experiences, with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have effective interpersonal and fast learning skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Attain proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Attain multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

You will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital as a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company, PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital aims to leverage digital solutions to empower Indonesia's agribusiness sector. 

What you will do but not limited to:

• Create an end-to-end process flow and develop framework for the overall strategic plan for Corporate Development aligning with the company's goals and objectives 
• Mapping out key capabilities and process through industry research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape 
• Develop solutions and/or alternatives to current state and propose strategic initiatives to achieve business targets, including monitor and analyse business performance 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. Product, Technology, Finance and other related stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of new digital solutions 
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential partners and/or customers 
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and innovations in the digital and/or agribusiness sector, and assess their potential impact on the company's strategy 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Business Economics or any related field 
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Strategy Development and/or Corporate Development, preferably in Business Management Consultancy and/or Agribusiness sector 
• Strong analytical, meticulous and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management 
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• Knowledge of the Indonesian Agribusiness sector is a plus 

1. Conducting income tax cuts in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
2. Preparing, reconciling, and routinely reporting tax administration.
3. Supervising the work of staff.
4. Implementing thorough and organized documentation.
5. Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant tax laws and regulations

• Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance/ taxation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Certified in Brevet A & B is preferable
• Have experience in tax consultant
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex tax regulations
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Possesses good knowledge of Indonesian taxation.
3. Preference for holding certifications for tax licenses A, B, and C.
4. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant tax-related capacity.
5. Entry-level candidates with a strong educational background are encouraged to apply.
6. Work collaboratively with other members of the tax team to ensure cohesive and efficient tax operations.
