• Skill yang dibutuhkan : Communication, Build Partnership, Negotiation, & Presentation Skill.

TUGAS PEKERJAAN :

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan sales alat kesehatan di area kebutuhan (Jakarta, Madiun, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin) sekitarnya
• Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui potensi dan kebutuhan alat kesehatan di RS/Klinik.
• Dapat berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi dengan pihak user RS/Klinik.
• Mengembangkan strategi penjualan dan peluang bisnis baru.
• Menyiapkan laporan mingguan dan bulanan ke Sales Supervisor/Manager.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN 

• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk perikatan/ kontrak perusahaan (Perjanjian, Amandemen/Adendum) diluar kontrak pengadaan barang dan jasa
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau segala bentuk rancangan produk hukum perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dan meninjau dokumen legalitas perusahaan sehubungan dengan permintaan oleh internal/eksternal perusahaan
• Melakukan administrasi dokumen perusahaan dan kontrak perusahaan
• Menyiapkan dokumen sehubungan dengan dokumen legalitas perusahaan
• Melakukan penyesuaian perikatan/perjanjian dengan prosedur internal perusahaan dan peraturan perundang-udangan yang berlaku

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.

Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you are one of the main factors of success for the Autodesk Construction Cloud portfolio. You will be reporting to Technical Sales Manager and partner with the Account teams to help our users achieve their goals through the use of our technology. Coming from industry, you'll use your experience to identify and uncover our customer's needs, develop a strategy, prove value, with the ultimate goal of delivering outcomes for our customers.

This is a remote role but there is an expectation to travel, so you will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Outcome and Solution-based approach: Taking a customer-centric approach, you will undertake deep technical discovery in collaboration with other team members to uncover the primary goals of our users, and then use your experience, technical knowledge and creativity to create solutions that allow our end-users to achieve those goals.

• Technical Closure: Responsible for aligning with important customer team members to secure technical closure of proposed solutions within Autodesk Construction Cloud. Manage technical evaluations, define solutions architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, 3rd party engagements. Consult with ACS sales on technical validation and apply best practices in solving business problems. Document quantifiable pain as identified in before scenarios, technical decision criteria, and metrics used in the evaluation within Salesforce and within provided collaborative technologies

• Customer Relationship Management: Develops required level of knowledge of customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships with customers. Ensure efficient customer handoffs between the pre-sales team and adoption/deployment teams post-sales. Deliver Autodesk Construction Cloud internal product roadmaps with customers and communicate customer feedback to the ACS product team

• Collaboration: Develops trusted working relationships with the ACS sales team and adjacent teams such as the Autodesk Worldwide Field Operations (WWS) team. You will also work with adjacent business resources (e.g. sales management, deployment, adoption, business development, global technical sales, and marketing) and collaborate with ACS product "centres of excellence", Customer Success projects such as Voice of the Customer, deployment teams to implement proposed solutions, and coordinate with ACS marketing for product launches, webinars and go-to-market messaging strategy

• Leadership: Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organisation, product divisions, and technical solutions organisation locally and globally. Participate in strategic speaking engagements at high profile trade shows, conferences, or internal Autodesk events working in collaboration with ACS marketing teams. Provide answers and share knowledge on technical product and integration information

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in the Construction industry

• Experience with SaaS Technology and construction project planning/delivery

• A technology Subject Matter Expert who can easily distil complex workflows / solutions for multiple AEC audiences

Position Overview

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.

This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
• You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.
• You will develop relationships Executives and translate customer challenges to value.
• You will ensure the team delivers value to the customers through building Account Business Plan and execution.
• You will build opportunity pipeline to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor.
• You will manage the End-to-End sales cycle; be in the field meeting customers for business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, closing, and post-sales support.
• You will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
• You will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationships.
• You will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
• You will negotiate deals and contracts at several levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiations.
• You will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
• Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
• Experience in executive selling and relationship management
• Track-record in growing global accounts
• Channel sales experience
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia
• Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous
