The incumbent will be responsible for all CRM activities for Indonesia. This includes analyzing, monitoring, implementing, and reporting on Dior's Customer Relationship Management programs and initiatives while continually striving to increase the efficiency of these programs to improve results.

Main Responsibilities

DATA ANALYZING & MONITORING

• Track and report CRM KPIs monthly to help the sales team, training team, and store managers be aware of their performance and take action to achieve CRM goals.
• Analyze data to develop new tactical mechanisms (e.g. Recruitment campaigns, repurchase campaigns) or CRM program improvements to achieve CRM goals.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT

• Work with Beauty Consultants and Retail team to ensure proper update of client information.
• Ensure proper client migration (POS assignment, BC assignment) should any changes such as store closure, store opening, or transfer of BCs occur.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION / GIFTS MANAGMENT

• Execute communication campaigns that support overall brand goals and product launch/animation objectives.
• Oversee, implement, and track gifting and samples (gift and samples), including forecasting and proper allocation to stores.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT EVENTS

• Execute in-store client events to drive retention and increase overall client average spend.
• Initiate and run client events, which can help to enhance clients’ overall brand love.
• Work with the product marketing team to communicate events that support the overall product campaign objective (e.g., recruit existing non-skin clients for skincare).

OTHERS

• Work on prospect recruitment through setting clear objectives with retail team for each animation.
• Work with Retail Team to ensure proper roll out of Dior Satisfaction Meter to all stores.

Membagikan proposisi nilai Salesforce untuk pelanggan yang sudah ada dan/atau pelanggan baru
Mendorong pertumbuhan dalam akun yang sudah ditugaskan

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan: 

Perencanaan dan Strategi Akun: Menetapkan rencana untuk mencapai tujuan penjualan dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengkualifikasikan peluang secara efektif di pasar lokal Indonesia.
Penelitian dan Penemuan: Mengungkap proses prospek saat ini, tantangan bisnis, dan tujuan strategis berdasarkan kasus penggunaan pelanggan dan hipotesis nilai.
Penyelesaian: Mengidentifikasi proposisi nilai yang menarik yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menunjukkan pemahaman tentang solusi teknologi.
Komunikasi Pelanggan: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dengan cara yang jelas, ringkas, dan tepat waktu menggunakan berbagai metode komunikasi (menulis, berbicara, presentasi) dan alat bantu (papan tulis, Google Slide, Zoom).
Aplikasi Sumber Daya: Terus menerus bekerja untuk mencapai hasil dengan menggunakan seluruh kemampuan sumber daya dan alat yang tersedia.
Penjualan Tim: Menyelaraskan dengan kapasitas penuh tim akun dan mitra untuk mendukung kesepakatan dan kesuksesan pelanggan. 
Bahasa: Fasih berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia secara lisan dan tulisan.

Position Overview

The Territory Account Sales Executive (TASE) expands new business and renewals in important accounts to exceed financial and business objectives. You will be assigned sales quota and performance and measured by meeting quarterly and annual targets through up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. You will report to a Territory Sales Leader and work with our Inside Sales Team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, Account-based Marketing and Autodesk Field Sales.

This position is based in Indonesia and we offer hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• You will generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts and manage renewals.
• You will evaluate and prepare business plans for all assigned account, which involves evaluating customer profile, create value messaging, and target steps needed to implement the account plans.
• You will develop relationships Executives and translate customer challenges to value.
• You will ensure the team delivers value to the customers through building Account Business Plan and execution.
• You will build opportunity pipeline to achieve our goals and make continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to trusted advisor.
• You will manage the End-to-End sales cycle; be in the field meeting customers for business development, prospecting, contract negotiations, closing, and post-sales support.
• You will deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
• You will collaborate with channel partners to understand their business, creatively adopt programs to increase new revenue, and expand partner relationships.
• You will reach out and provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement.
• You will negotiate deals and contracts at several levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on "C" and enterprise level negotiations.
• You will sell complex service engagements and creatively seek alternative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience with sales track record carrying a quota in a direct led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions
• Experience in Sales process and account planning. (TAS, Value-based Selling)
• Experience in executive selling and relationship management
• Track-record in growing global accounts
• Channel sales experience
• High proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa and English required to conduct business with our customers in Indonesia
• Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous
