As a Customer Success Specialist at Cadmus, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience in our platform, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll also be the first line of defence for our valued customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

In this role you will be expected to

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate the teachers and students who use our platform on how to get the most out of it; assist them with their questions or issues.
• Ensure we build deep, meaningful and value-driven relationships with customers online.
• Successfully execute special projects that support our pilot and enterprise implementations as needed.
• Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently and identify solutions, working independently and collaboratively as needed.
• Proactively research and stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide informed answers.
• Ensure all customer facing materials are updated with the latest releases and the most relevant information.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Skills & Experience

• Communication Skills: You have advanced English communication skills, and are equally comfortable talking to internal teammates and external customers. You have managed customers on voice/video from Australia, UK, and/or USA in a user-facing role.
• Problem solving: Able to quickly understand customer pain points and engage with them on the solution most relevant to them.
• Support Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, supporting the growth of software products while working remotely. 
• Technical comfort: Familiarity with a variety of software applications is preferred. Ability to learn and adapt to new software programs quickly. Comfortable with MS-Office / G-suite. Experience with Hubspot is a plus.
• Startup DNA: You’re flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and have experience wearing multiple hats while supporting rapid growth. You have been a one-person army when needed, or worked as an early employee.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Perform Technical Support & Customer Care Activities

• Repair, installation, calibration, commissioning and after sales maintenance service to the customer

The IT Service Desk Engineer reports to the IT Support Manager

Purpose of the function 

The IT Service Desk Engineer is the point of contact for end users for operational questions, requests and problems regarding ICT services (incl. applications). Within the Service Desk, the IT Service Desk Engineer is responsible for first-line solutions to problems in the ICT services. As such, they are directly responsible for keeping the work environment of the end users productive. Tickets are coming in via different communication channels like Phone, Chat, Portal or mail. Most of the tickets will be submitted in a structured way via the IT Service Desk Portal. If the ticket cannot be resolved by the IT Service Desk Engineer, he/she will triage it to the right resolution group and will follow up.  

Service Requests which can be resolved via standard operational procedures will be resolved by the IT Service Desk Engineer.  

The position is in Jakarta and mostly carried out between 12.00 - 10.00 PM WIB to serve users in European time zone. The candidate might also need to work in shifts and in stand-by where applicable. After an initial induction period in the office, you may choose to work largely from home.

1. Supporting users by telephone, chat, portal or mail in a broad area of IT topics like workstation, applications, telephony and network. 
2. As the SPOC for end users, the Service Desk Engineer analyses the call or ticket and determines how and with whom it can best being solved. The aim is to solve a high percentage by the Service Desk itself without 0 hubs.  
3. Registering, solving, communicating, coordinating, and following up incidents and problems often under high pressure and directly affecting the production process. Incidents and problems often vary in nature.

EB Customer Success Junior Associate manages client accounts of corporate health, life, or personal accident insurance and triages requests to the appropriate teams in order to deliver best-in-class service to our clients and their insurance participants. They are the single point-of-contact which ensures seamless communication.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver best-in-class operations and service to client/ mitra.
• Own entire relationship with the assigned clients, including onboarding, implementation, socialization, and satisfaction.
• Triage client requests to admin, finops, and claims team.
• Ensure satisfaction and completeness of client requests.
• Handle 1st-line inquiries from participants/ clients.
• Ensure all the requests and process is getting done as SLA/ standard.
• Work with related team (sales, insurance placement, finance-operations, claim, admin, and another related team).
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external to get a better understanding of process and solve issues.
• Prepare documentation of client reports along with an active insurance policy.

• Minimum 1 year experience in communication, customer success/ relations, account management.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a deadline driven environment.
• Active team player, self-starter, multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Knowledge of microsoft excel / google sheet, powerpoint, and project dashboard tools.
• Will be a plus point if familiar with insurance or finance industry.
• Fast learner and willing to learn insurance industry in detail.

The Role

You will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Understand our customers deeply and provide them with the best experience by managing, improving, and coming up with new initiatives & services.

Main Responsibilities :

• Communicate with customers by telephone or electronically for order process, payment reminder, follow up cancel order, return order, resi number information, daily/weekly launching blast, etc.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Analyze customer problems / requests to resolve customer complaints and provide alternatives & solutions.
• Provide accurate and complete information in accordance with procedures and policies (pricing, delivery information, etc) to customers.
• Maintain customer databases and manage administration.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Record and follow up the details of customer interactions (inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken).
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Perform customer verifications and registration of new customer accounts.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Provide feedback and point out problematic areas to the leader to constantly improve internal processes.

Requirements & Experiences :

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
• Willing to work in shifting schedule (weekday, weekend, and public holidays).
• Good Interpersonal skills (listening, communication and positive motivation).
• Good communication skills (greeting & closing chats, probing, choice of words, listening, and empathy).
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications and social media platforms (Whatsapp, Line, Live Chat, Facebook, Instagram, Email, etc).
• Knowledge of administrative procedures.
