E-commerce Support Associate bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung operasional platform e-commerce dengan memastikan kelancaran proses penanganan tugas, komunikasi dengan mitra atau pelanggan, dan penyelesaian kendala teknis. Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengelola dan memantau distribusi tugas di platform e-commerce kepada mitra atau freelancer sesuai dengan sistem.
2. Memberikan panduan, pelatihan, dan dukungan kepada mitra atau freelancer dalam menyelesaikan tugas atau proyek yang diberikan.
3. Menyelesaikan kendala teknis atau administratif yang dihadapi oleh mitra/freelancer, seperti kesalahan sistem atau proses transaksi.
4. Menangani komunikasi dengan mitra dan pengguna melalui berbagai saluran (chat, email, atau telepon) secara profesional dan efisien.
5. Memastikan tugas atau pesanan yang diberikan kepada mitra sesuai dengan standar dan kebijakan perusahaan.
6. Menyediakan laporan berkala terkait progres tugas dan kinerja mitra kepada manajemen.
7. Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan operasional dan meningkatkan sistem kerja platform.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat, diutamakan lulusan D3/S1 di bidang Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau Administrasi.
2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang customer service, administrasi, atau e-commerce menjadi nilai tambah.
3. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
4. Menguasai penggunaan komputer, aplikasi perkantoran (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), dan platform komunikasi online.
5. Teliti, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan memiliki kemampuan multitasking.
6. Bersedia bekerja secara fleksibel, termasuk secara remote jika diperlukan.

Community Experience Intern will focus on :
