Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Secretary to Director (Mandarin Translator) at PT. Fantasi Anekagelas Internasional in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing translation services, assisting the Director in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients.

The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.

• Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
• Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
• Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
• Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

1. Responsible for leveraging digital channels to promote products, services or brands.
2. Copy content and upload it for company social media.
3. Running paid campaigns on various social media platforms and Google.
4. Planning and budgeting for digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
5. Collaborate with marketing team to build audience segmentation, targeting, campaign automation, and set up analytics tools.
6. Evaluate all digital strategies that are implemented based on the metrics or KPIs that have been set.

• Membangun, menangani, dan mengelola akun media sosial perusahaan
• Melakukan kunjungan ke calon customer
• Membuat konten untuk situs web dan akun medsos, termasuk blog atau video.
• Menanggapi pertanyaan publik pada medsos
• Menjalankan promosi dan kampanye sosial secara teratur serta meninjau hal tersebut
• Berkolaborasi dan melaksanakan kampanye pemasaran digital termasuk SEO/SEM
• Memantau perkembangan terbaru di situs dan tren media sosial atau teknologi terkini

- Mengembangkan dan mengoptimalkan penjualan produk di platform e-commerce (shopee, tokopedia, lazada, tiktok dan lain-lain)

- Memahami dan melakukan analisa tren pasar dan perilaku konsumen dalam meningkatkan penjualan

- Menerapkan strategi penjualan dan materi promosi iklan mengenai berbagai kategori produk untuk meningkatkan penjualan online. 

- Menghasilkan ide kreatif untuk melola kampanye marketing di e-commerce.

- Mengawasi proses pemesanan, pengiriman, dan pengembalian barang, serta menangani keluhan pelanggan jika terjadi masalah.

- Berkoordinasi dengan live host mengenai event seperti BIG SALE yang akan berlangsung
