You are required to possess excellent analytical skills, full knowledge of accounting systems, statistics and reporting. This role supervises the essential financial activities of the hotel, focusing on profitability and producing accurate financial reporting for strategic decision-making and budgeting purposes. We believe a Finance Manager should have strong business acumen, solid numeracy skills, and an investigative nature to ensure the hotel’s financial success.

• Mencari calon konsumen, membantu calon konsumen dalam proses pengajuan kredit (Mobil/Motor).
• Melakukan proses survey, serta membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen
• Membuka dan menjalin jaringan baru dengan pihak ketiga (agen/broker, Showroom, dll)

- Menjalin relasi dengan konsumen dan aparatur keamanan setempat 

- Melakukan aktivitas penagihan kepada konsumen yang memiliki tunggakan angsuran melalui kunjungan yang berkala 

- Melakukan penginputan data hasil kunjungan secara online

Bertanggungjawab atas operasional di ruang lingkup bisnis cabang/pos terkait dengan tujuan tercapainya target penjualan seluruh sub ordinates.

• Bertanggungjawab terhadap pencapaian target penjualan debitur melalui pengembangan jaringan agency/kemitraan dengan pihak lain ( Pinjam Dana Jaminan BPKB Mobil)
• Melakukan rekrut BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk pengembangan jaringan sesuai dengan profil yang tepat
• Membina dan membantu BA/Agen/Mitra BFI untuk mengembangkan strategi agency dengan tujuan menghasilkan jumlah debitur
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan Supervisor dan pihak lainnya dalam pelaksanaan aktifitas hariannya

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Director and above
• Be involved in the financial management of clients
• Identify and solicit prospective investors and buyers for M&A
• Identify and address client needs; building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; approaching clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear request for information; demonstrating flexibility in the prioritization and completion of tasks
• Identify business development opportunities through internal and external client relationships, as well as key issues and potential areas of transaction risk
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
• Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
• Train, coach, and supervise staff
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

Preferred skills

• Min 10 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, financial and management consulting, private equity, venture capital or in-house M&A activities.
• Strong financial modelling, report writing, analytical and data-processing skills.
• Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred.
• Good business sense and commercial awareness
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (writing & speaking)
