• Responsible for filing sales tax returns (GST/SST/VAT/WHT). Working closely with the tax advisors to finalize tax computations and filing necessary tax returns.
• Interact with External Auditors for interim and annual audit – provide information and schedules for audit, drive efficiencies from the finance service provider and external auditors, and provide explanations to ensure smooth and timely audits.
• Assist with preparation of annual budgets, expense utilization run rates, submission of monthly P&L forecasts, timesheet and payroll cost monitoring.
• Preparation of cash flow statements on weekly basis, align with business teams and credit control team to execute related strategies from senior management.
• To become the finance systems’ champion and a finance subject matter expert to our business teams in SEA. Perform any other finance tasks as assigned from time to time by the Senior Manager.
