• Pengalaman Finance minimal 5 tahun
• Pernah bekerja di perusahaan manufacturing ( Prefer Otomotif)

Jobdesc:

- Analisa laporan Laba Rugi, Neraca dan arus kas.

- Cek dan koreksi AR AP

- Cek dan koreksi pph ppn bulanan

- Buat koreksi fiskal ketika buat SPT tahunan.

- Berpengalaman membuat Business Plan

- Berpengalaman buat laporan Simodis

- Berpengalaman buat laporan BI ULN dan LLD

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

Definisi Job Function Finance:

Mengelola pandangan keuangan (financial strategic view) dan sumber daya keuangan (financial resources), menyusun rencana  kerja anggaran perusahaan, memahami  accounting information system, peraturan pajak, serta mengelola cost dan profitability analysis, treasury, billing, collection, revenue assurance, dan laporan keuangan.

Melakukan kunjungan dan penagihan angsuran kepada konsumen sesuai dengan bucket yang ditangani dengan tujuan untuk mencapai target penagihan yang diberikan.
