Financial Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions in journals and verify the correctness of financial statements
• Manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards (IFRS, GAAP). including gross margin analysis, SKU profitability, and distribution cost analysis

Working Capital Management: 

• Oversee cash flow, receivables, and payables, especially in managing inventory and minimize days sales outstanding (DSO)

Data Management:

• Gather and analyze data from various departments to support financial decision-making
• Serve as a gatekeeper for financial processes, ensuring adherence to established protocols while remaining adaptable to changes

Tax Knowledge:

• Possess a solid understanding of tax regulations WHT 21, 23, 4(2), 25, VAT and implications related to accounting practices
• Assist in tax-related matters, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax efficiency

Compliance: 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to FMCG or distribution, including audits, tax regulations, and internal controls

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and operations, and communicate financial insights to senior leadership

System & Process Improvement:

• Be a proactive problem-solver, able to navigate challenges with flexibility and creativity
• Implement and enhance financial systems and processes to increase operational efficiency, streamline distribution costs, and improve financial accuracy

Staff Administrasi

1. Membuat payment voucher termasuk di dalamnya bank, petty cash, dan advance dalam rangka menunjang proses pembayaran dan menjaga ketersediaan dana untuk menunjang operasional perusahaan. 

2. Membuat cash bank balance report dan cash reconcilitation report baik secara harian maupun bulanan dalam rangka menunjang ketersediaan data yang akurat dan tepat waktu bagi manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan.

3. Melakukan evaluasi terhadap data-data pendukung transaksi pengeluaran kas / bank dari departemen terkait dalam rangka memastikan akurasi dan keabsahan data dan fakta yang terdapat pada transaksi keuangan. 

1. Menyusun dan mengontrol perencanaan cash managementsesuai dengan aktivitas perusahaan dalam rangka memastikan alur kas yang tepat dan menjaga akurasi data pengeluaran

2. Mengelola, mengontrol dan mengevaluasi proses pembuatan payment voucher termasuk di dalamnya bank, petty cash, dan advance untuk menunjang operasional perusahaan

3. Mengelola dan mengontrol proses pembuatan forecast payment report setiap minggu serta advance payment report setiap bulan

4. Mengelola dan mengontrol proses pembuatan cash bank balance report dan cash reconcilitation report baik secara harian maupun bulanan

5. Mengawasi dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap data-data pendukung transaksi pengeluaran kas / bank dari departemen terkait dalam rangka memastikan akurasi dan keabsahan data dan fakta yang terdapat pada transaksi keuangan

6. Mengontrol dan mengawasi kegiatan AR mulai dari pencetakan invoice, penerimaan dana, voucher dan pengembalian/pembayaran (deposit/kelebihan pembayaran)

Responsibilities:

• Supports the manage and control data flows to and within Finance applications to ensure integrity and completeness of data, including by preparing and recording financial transactions for legal vehicle and regulatory reporting purposes, updating the general ledger, recording financial transactions, and preparing of consolidated financial statements, in accordance with management reporting requirements, for legal vehicle & regulatory purposes. Also, includes specialized accounting, such as equity compensation, securitization, payroll and investment accounting.
• Preparation of accounts for numerous legal vehicles across region in line with global guidelines.
• Review and examine key controls for accounting process within the process handled.
• Assists in the management of one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.
• Take responsibility for the accurate reporting of accounting reconciliations on Citi reporting tools.
• Identifies and resolves problems using independent judgment for assigned products/ business.
• Implements work flow or process change and redesign basis strong basic understanding of the specific product / business / function.
• Able to articulate own process along with its key controls and support reasoning with appropriate evidence in assigned area of work.
