This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial operations and processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance, accounting, and operations, with an analytical mindset and the ability to manage complex financial data. As a Sr. Finance Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for daily reconciliation settlement and disbursement transactions and ensure that all transaction have been accurately recorded and processed.
• Promptly and comprehensively responds to follow-ups and special cases/concerns
• Collaborate with finance team for day-to-day tasks and end of day reporting
• Performing monthly reconciliation management fee from Investment Managers.
• Ensure management fee have been accurately recorded in internal system.
• Communicate effectively with internal team, partners, and others to gather information and resolve cases.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of reconciliation processes and procedures.
• Support to other departments as needed
• Support direct Supervisor/Head Division/Team/Committee in terms of the work to its ad-hoc/project based

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information, Financial Management or Economics
• Experience within funds industry knowledge, the financial trading and financial instruments, especially mutual funds and bonds.
• Understand the mutual fund prospectus and fund fact sheet.
• Experience with daily calculation and reporting of the Net Asset Value (NAV) process
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks, securities regulations, and compliance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, markets, and trends
• Maintain good relationships with partners, internal teams, and other entities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and get used to reconcile big data

The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. This role includes handling loan disbursements, managing repayments, processing withdrawals, conducting reconciliations, and managing escrow accounts. This position is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall operational flow of financial transactions.

What you will do:

Loan Disbursement & Repayment Management

• Support the loan disbursement process by verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor repayment schedules, track payment statuses, and follow up on overdue payments.
  

Transaction Processing & Reconciliation

• Process withdrawal requests promptly and accurately.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Oversee escrow management with attention to proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Prepare, maintain, and update financial reports related to operations, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation and information.

Ad-hoc Support
