Mendukung pelaksanaan sistem akuntansi yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen, agar berjalan sesuai target yang ditetapkan. Mengkoordinir staff accounting dan melaksanakan proses akuntansi dengan tepat waktu, tepat sasaran dan menerapkan kontrol yang baik untuk semua dokumen dan data yang dipergunakan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan, sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.

1. Prepare regular monthly management reporting

2. Monitoring Capex & Opex Progress (approval, PR until Payment)

3. Make budgeting

4. Extracting daily transaction data and reconciling it with bank and vendor data

5. Monitor operational cost aspects to budget and analyze/identify budget devariations

6. Coordinate with related teams such as Accounting, IT and Operations to resolve issues, ensure system is running property, ensure cost allocation is correct

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.
