Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end process of managing daily operations of marketplace platforms
• Develop and execute in-store activation plans that align with overall brand strategy and drive sales
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to drive sales and maintain profitability.
• Prepare creative brief materials for all marketplaces including but not limited to paid campaigns, monthly promotions, social media contents or/and marketing materials
• Maintaining relationships with RM to evaluate store’s current performance, plan for future strategies, informing any updated regulations and be the intermediary between marketplace and the company
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for evaluating store’s performance, and work closely with marketing team for quarterly marketing plans

• Merawat, menyiapkan, dan mengemudikan kendaraan operasional untuk mengantar dan menjemput sesuai kebutuhan dan perintah atasan.
• Melaksanakan pemeriksaan secara rutin kendaraan yang akan dipakai setiap hari untuk menghindari ketidaklayakan pemakaian.
• Melaksanakan pemeriksa kebersihan kendaraan baik interior maupun eksterior sebelum dan sesudah pemakaian.
• Merawat, membersihkan, dan memeriksa kelengkapan peralatan kendaraan sebelum dipergunakan.
• Melaporkan kepada atasan apabila terjadi kendala pada kendaraan.
• Melaksanakan penjemputan dan pengantaran sesuai dengan permintaan dan jadwal yang telah disusun.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan orang asing (Korea)

·        Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.

·        Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service

·        Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.

·        Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.

·        Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.

·        Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance

·        Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.

MISSION AND PURPOSE:

Beauty Consultant merupakan Ambasador Dior dan mempromosikan Brand dan Nilai Dior dengan penuh semangat. Sebagai anggota tim Dior, dia menunjukkan sikap Dior setiap saat. Dia akan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan untuk klien dengan standar pelayanan yang tinggi dan juga mencapai target penjualan yang ditentukan sambil mempromosikan citra brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

MEMPROMOSIKAN DIOR

• Melakukan aktivitas penjualan di toko dan/atau jarak jauh, bertindak sebagai personal shopper
• Menjual produk Dior dengan memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan kepada klien dengan memberikan standar layanan yang tinggi dalam aktivitas penjualan dengan mengikuti metode brand D.I.O.R.
• Memulai kontak dengan pelanggan dan sambut mereka baik di konter maupun saat masuk ke butik
• Mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan
• Menawarkan dan menunjukkan produk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Memberikan layanan yang tepat dan melakukannya dengan baik. Mengusulkan produk pelengkap dalam kategori yang sama dan juga lintas kategori. Menawarkan pendekatan kecantikan secara menyeluruh.
• Berkomunikasi dengan penuh semangat dan mengedukasi klien tentang brand dan produk
• Mencapai target penjualan ritel (di toko dan jarak jauh) dan berkontribusi untuk mencapai KPI setiap bulan
• Menguasai pengetahuan mengenai Brand, Kategori dan Kompetisi

CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT

• Mengembangkan hubungan yang tahan lama dengan klien yang ada di toko dan dari jarak jauh
• Melibatkan klien baru ke brand, melalui interaksi manusia yang tulus
• Mendaftarkan data klien dalam sistem khusus dan pastikan data-data yang dapat dijangkau. Lakukan semua aktivitas CRM dan klien
• Memanfaatkan konten dan peralatan Dior (Dior Connect & Ipos) untuk mendorong traffic, menumbuhkan loyalitas klien, dan mengambil tindakan

COUNTER OPERATIONS

• Mengetahui dan menerapkan pedoman merchandising
• Memantau tingkat stok secara teratur untuk memastikan tingkat stok yang sesuai. Melaporkan stok tidak mencukupi.
• Memantau inventaris rak dan menampilkan produk baru bila diperlukan
• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan menutup pendapatan harian (hanya jika diperlukan)
• Melaksanakan semua tugas operasional dan administrasi yang ditugaskan
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan retailer
• Mengikuti aturan perusahaan & konter (kehadiran, ketepatan waktu) dan pedoman grooming Dior

PENGALAMAN KERJA

• Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengalaman ritel profesional sebelumnya dalam industri retail dan/atau jasa, idealnya di brand luxury selama 3 tahun
• Rekam jejak (track-record) yang terbukti dalam memberikan hasil ritel yang unggul & bekerja dalam lingkungan ritel luxury

PENDIDIKAN DAN KETERAMPILAN

• Lebih diutamakan lulusan SMA atau sederajat dengan spesialisasi sekolah kecantikan
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menjual/memiliki keterampilan menjual, lebih diutamakan di lingkungan luxury

• Keterampilan menulis dan komunikasi yang baik, fasih dalam bahasa Indonesia dan, mampu berbahasa Inggris untuk di daerah destinasi turis dan wilayah pusat

- Assisting customer in make-up and brows suggestion and selection, making sure to deliver best shopping experience to customer

- Attract new customer by walk in sales and maintaining good relationship with existing customer by follow up

- Manage counter's merchandise stocks level by keeping keen and tidy administration report and existing physical product

- Minimum senior high graduated or higher

- Male/Female, max 27 years old

- Having experience as Beauty Consultant/Beauty Advisor min. 3 years in reputable skin care/make up brands

- Having a full understanding in skin care and make up application, able to perform make up demo to customer

- Target oriented, good communication skill, fast learner, good teamwork

- Working in shifting hours and weekend

- Able to be placed in Bali. Local people from each area will be prioritized
