The Assistant Director of Human Resources at AYANA Hospitality plays a vital role in overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the company. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will manage all aspects of the HR function to support the growth and success of all of our hotel operations and services.

• Design, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Responsible in overseeing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing training and development initiatives, and administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Handling performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure the HR function aligns with their respective departmental goals and objectives.
• Responsible for analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to drive continuous improvement in HR operations and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications.
• Professional HR certifications are a plus.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related fields
2. Fluent Professional level Mandarin/Chinese Language is a must.
3. Strong understanding of all HR functions (organizational development, recruitment, administration, payroll), and General Affairs (GA), experienced in being HRGA at least 5 years
4. Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
5. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja Manpower Regulation).
6. Experience with HRIS System and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
7. Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment process, compensation and benefits, and training and development)
8. Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.

Job responsibilities : 

1. Develop and implement human resource strategies to support the company's long-term growth and success.

2. Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent 

3. Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. 

4. Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations.

5. Maintain and implement all human resources policies and procedures, including recruitment and training, salary management, social security benefits (BPJS health insurance and BPJS human insurance system updates), performance evaluation, and employee relations (signing PKWT/PKWTT employment contracts).

6. Provide human resource consultation and support to resolve employee issues and disputes.

7. Manage and maintain employee databases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

8. Collaborate closely with department leaders and employees to determine human resource needs and develop corresponding human resource strategies.

9. Manage and supervise human resource budgets to ensure effective utilization of resources.

10. Understand with labor regulations in Indonesia (UU Cipta Kerja regulations).
