As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing support to our employees. Embedded Lending needs admin to handle all partners’ documentation, pre-review NDAs, Agreements before submitted to legal team 

Responsibilities:

• Pre-review NDA/Agreements of Partnership Lending Sales Team before submitted to legal team 
• Actively coordinating with other departments to process Sales Team’s agreement signing
• Create filing system for Sales Team’s agreement documents 
• Assisting sales team to create and update records of loan booking, disbursement, etc 
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
