Job Description:

• Fulfilling MPP needs in their branch to support the achievement of branch work targets.
• Process all administration related to employees at the branch in accordance with applicable regulations in order to minimize the level of irregularities.
• Conducting socialization and implementing all programs related to People and Culture in the branches that are their responsibility, in order to support the achievement of the Regional People Partner targets.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues by an effective, thorough and objective investigation.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or similar role
• Understanding of full cycle mass recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
• Willing to working with high mobility to South and East Kalimantan
• Home based in Banjarmasin Area

Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage end-to-end HRGA Matters, from recruitment to termination
• Perform the onboarding processes for each employees
• Be in contact with management for Manpower planning and strategies for HR function
• Proactively improve and increase productivity of the workforce
• Handle legal general affairs matters such as employment working contract, customer contract, customer contract, permit, building licenses, etc.
• Ensure highest quality of work from the HRGA function include empowering environment and proper workplace
• Handle and overview data of manpower and HRIS input processes
• Create, track and develop training and learning programs that support the needs of the organization
• To provide HRGA information and support in KPI/analysis to the local management and group, if required
