Job Descriptions:

1. Handle day to day HR operations issues
2. Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process
3. Responsible for employee onboard and offboarding process
4. Responsible for employee performance review
5. Participate in formulating company PP, HR policies, work procedures or SOP
6. Ensure HR policies being carry out effectively
7. Monitoring employee attendance and plan strategic to improve it
8. Maintain good relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders. (IR and ER)
9. Any other ad hoc duties assigned

• Perform end-to-end process for all HR aspects: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations
• Perform shortlisting qualified candidates, conduct job interview and onboard new employees.
• Provide Headcount reports, attrition reports and other talent management reports.
• Administer compensation and benefits for all employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that all works processes, compensation and benefits administration are in compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Review and discuss with insurance companies on facts findings and policies. Ensure and manage all insurance claims.
• Perform yearly manpower planning and budget.
• Handle HRIS and manage to update employee database.
• Provide training and source for staff development courses.
• Perform any other duties as and when delegated.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
• Proven knowledge of HR practices and general office administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to do multitask.
• Familiar with MS Office and HR software (e.g. HRIS) is an advantage. 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.

HCBP/HRBP :

Bertanggung jawab atas hal yang terkait dengan Human Capital meliputi proses Recruitment, Payroll, Training dan administrasi kekaryawanan

Melakukan coaching & controlling kepada subordinate (HC Personalia & HC training)

Melakukan Penilaian kinerja dan asesmen, pembuatan Job Desc, Job Point, Program Retain Talent dan beberapa project dari Manager.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various channels to source potential candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.

Screening and Evaluation:

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
• Collaboration with Recruitment Advisor for proper candidate placement for clients and communicating about job orders from clients.

Negotiation and Offer Process:

• Facilitate communication between candidates and recruitment advisor during the interview and offer stages.
• Negotiate compensation packages and other employment terms.

Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical recruiting practices, including equal opportunity employment laws.

• Supporting the Consultant by presenting suitable candidate efficiently
• Work collaborative and provide support across the teams by sharing information
• Engage in data mining and proactively source for suitable candidates by using job portal and another media
• Understanding job description and using creativity to attract the right talent
• Conduct initial candidate screening
• Managing candidate's database

• Keep strong relationships among all clients, not only with the HR PIC but with the Managerial level (President, GMs) to catch the latest business situation of them.
• Acquire Job vacancies from clients by executing strategy sales and marketing activities, then write Job description which are shared with candidates and for internal.
• Deeply understand the background of the client's business and the reason they need to hire employees from external.
• Consult and advise the client how to maximize the possibility to reach success in hiring, by providing the market tendency and information.
• Share the full information with Career Advisor team and contribute with them to provide the suitable quantity of candidate CVs with required quality.
• Not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activities to realize the purpose written in the top.
• Other duties as assigned.
