As an AI Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and data scientists to support various AI projects related to programmatic advertising and user engagement.

Your role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of AI models, data analysis, and contributing to research efforts.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and refine pre-trained AI models to align with particular business objectives
• Utilize techniques such as prompt engineering, parameter tuning, and model adaptation
• Train models using company-specific datasets to enhance output quality and relevance
• Integrate and tailor various generative AI models for innovative advertising uses
• Develop and oversee API integrations with multiple AI model providers
• Create intuitive web interfaces for internal teams to engage with AI models
• Optimize model outputs to fulfill specific campaign requirements and quality benchmarks
• Document technical processes and manage the codebase
• Work collaboratively with creative and technical teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and model architecture
• Experience with training and optimizing machine learning models
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques
• Knowledge of generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, GPT)

• To conduct research, which enhances the School’s high academic reputation. Publication of articles in refereed journals or proceedings, author of book, book editing, module/lesson plan, book translation, and seminar/conference presenter/speaker are some alternative outcomes. 
• To manage as appropriate any research grants secured, including the recruitment and management of any research assistants. To be responsible for the timely delivery of associated research reports.

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team to do designing, implementing, and maintaining the technological backbone of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the IT infrastructure to support business operations effectively.

The ITIS have responsibilities to:

Infrastructure Design and Planning:

• Designing and planning IT infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's business objectives.
• Evaluating existing systems and proposing improvements or upgrades to enhance performance and reliability.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop infrastructure strategies accordingly.

Network Management:

• Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Implementing network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats.
• Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing network performance.

Server Administration:

• Installing, configuring, and managing server hardware and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Monitoring server performance and implementing necessary upgrades or patches.
• Managing virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Storage Management:

• Designing and implementing storage solutions to meet the organization's data storage and retrieval needs.
• Configuring and managing storage area networks (SANs) and network-attached storage (NAS) devices.
• Implementing data backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

Security Management:

• Implementing security best practices and policies to safeguard the IT infrastructure.
• Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Responding to security incidents and breaches in a timely manner, including forensic analysis and remediation.

Infrastructure Automation:

• Developing scripts and automation workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
• Implementing infrastructure-as-code practices using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Continuously improving automation processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Documentation and Training:

• Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Providing training and support to IT staff and end-users on infrastructure-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and administration.
• Proficiency in network protocols, server technologies, storage systems, and security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are advantageous.
