Ensuring IT governance, risk, and compliance can be socialized and applied in the company’s IT operations
Regularly monitoring and assessing the implementation of IT governance, risk, and compliance within the company and providing reports to management
Collaborating with other IT departments to detail policies and SOPs for IT operations
Working specifically with the IT Network & Security Department to develop IT security concepts and their implementation to maintain data security
Developing internal company processes to achieve IT governance, risk, and compliance certification and overseeing surveillance processes after certification is obtained
Proactively providing suggestions and input to improve governance, risk, and compliance processes to support more efficient business operations
Ensuring application testing processes are completed before implementation

Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that all employee is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing policies, SOPs, tax regulations, applicable laws, government regulations and industry standards.
Identify shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policies and SOPs; assess the effectiveness of current policies and SOPs and recommend and implement required changes.
Coordinate with Project Manager & Project Team to prepare the Construction Budget.
Prepare and present Report Budget vs Actual at weekly/biweekly budget meetings.
Actively coordinate with Project Team and Project Development Advisor to Ensure Value engineering is conducted and Monitor and control actual spending is within the budget
Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader.
Inform and/or updates executives, the peers and subordinates with relevant information in a timely manner.
Leverages technology and effectively use information systems and tools to generate reports and provide management with analytical support to drive decision-making.
Assist Compliance Leader in interacting, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with all members of the organization to gather feedback and ensure client/customer satisfactions.
4-year bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance.
Maximum 28 years old and based in Bali.
Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral)
Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated to grow and expand capabilities in self and others.
Appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of varying levels of education.
