1. Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi yang tepat melalui produk dan layanan yang tersedia dan menangani masalah pelanggan hingga tuntas.
2. Menyiapkan dan menyampaikan presentasi produk yang informatif dan menarik kepada pelanggan untuk mendemonstrasikan manfaat layanan yang ditawarkan.
3. Menggunakan sistem manajemen hubungan pelanggan (CRM) untuk mencatat aktivitas penjualan dan mengawasi status prospek
4. Berpartisipasi dalam acara pemasaran, pameran, dan seminar untuk memperluas jaringan dan mempromosikan layanan perusahaan.
5. Menilai kinerja penjualan secara berkala dan menyusun laporan tentang pencapaian dan tantangan yang dihadapi untuk mendapatkan dukungan dalam pengembangan strategi penjualan ke depan.

1. Menjalankan strategi penjualan untuk memastikan tercapainya target penjualan dan profitabilitas perusahaan.
2. Mencapai target jangka pendek dan jangka panjang serta mempertahankan klien yang sudah ada.
