Responsibilities :

• Lead the MD and SPM team in the assigned branch area Central Java and manage the coordination of work in the retail sector in order to create harmony in terms of sales (Sell out) so as to achieve goals in accordance with predetermined company standards.
• Conduct regular routine training for MD and SPM to conduct training in their respective areas (coordinate with HO trainers).
• Collaborate with branch sales teams to improve and develop sales activities in stores as part of the retail strategy.
• Manage the overall process (recruitment request) of Merchandisers and Promoters in their respective areas.
• Build and maintain good business relationship with store owners in each area.
• Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports related to Retail in each area.

• Creation and implementation of a wide variety of Web-based product.
• Develop new functionalities on existing software product.
• Maintaining existing codebase include troubleshooting bugs.
• Responsible for coding and testing of customer system on the required programming languages and tools.
• Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive website.
• Responsible for successful completion of code deliverables within projects timeline.
• Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred.
• Has at least above 3 years experiences in the same field.
• Knowledge of Laravel (or any PHP Framework), jQuery, SQL Server etc.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Proven familiarity with OOP and implementation of software design patterns.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
• At least 7-10 years of working experience in the related field such as, ISP, Telco, System Integrator, etc
• Experienced upon handling customer in several segment : ISP, Wholesale, Government, Financial Management and Hospitality
• Have experience in Sales Strategy
