Jobdesc :

§ Menerima Barang yang sudah jadi dari Produksi

§ Memastikan Kembali bahwa kondisi barang tersebut berkualitas baik

§ Melakukan pengecekan atau check sheet terhadap mesin Packing

§ Melakukan pengemasan atau packing terhadap barang atau mengoprasikan mesin packing

§ Menyimpan atau Menyusun barang yang sudah dipacking sesuai tempatnya

§ Membersihkan area kerja packing barang setelah selesai bekerja

§ Membuat rekap laporan kerja

Sebagai Business manager, posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan pengelolaan & monitoring Kantor Point/Cabang meliputi:

• Memastikan kualitas dan kuantitas portofolio berkembang sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan oleh Amartha
• Memastikan seluruh staf memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan melakukan perencanaan pengembangan kapasitas, pemantauan cara kerja dan pengelolaan konflik
• Memastikan proses perekrutan, pelayanan dan pendampingan mitra dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan ketentuan yang berlaku untuk menjaga kepuasan mitra
• Bertanggung jawab atas evaluasi, validasi dan persetujuan pengajuan pembiayaan sesuai dengan SOP, credit rating dan kelayakan mitra.
• Memastikan tingkat repayment cabang secara optimal
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan dan strategi keseluruhan proses operasional lapangan (ekspansi, pembiayaan perekrutan pelayanan, dan pendampingan mitra) cabang yang dipimpin
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap keseluruhan administrasi kantor cabang
• Memastikan operasional, kebijakan dan prosedur di kantor cabang dapat berjalan dengan baik dan taat.

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun
• Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai SPV atau Unit Head atau Branch Manager
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di Grameen/Bank/Finance
• Berpengalaman memimpin minimal 4 anggota tim
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Besedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Bali

- Deliver processes and transactions in compliance with Risk and Financial Control policies

- Deliver FSS transactions and transaction corrections accurately processed within the timescales set by SLAs and OLAs.This involves processing transaction corrections, call out process exceptions and provide answers to transaction queries in a timely manner.
- Provide reconciled period end Tax data to Tax Team for processing of tax returns
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations within the timescales set by the period end checklist. At period end, responsible for sub-ledgers reconciled to the general ledger and delivery of complete and accurate trial balances to Financial Control.
- Support internal audit on queries and requests for information. Provide technical support to Finance and business stakeholders via standard and ad hoc analysis and investigations as and when required.
- Contribute subject matter expertise to Finance change projects (including business requirements and user-acceptance test scripting.)
- Regularly review FSS processes for process continuous improvement opportunities. Deliver small-scale process change projects.
- Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilised to carry out FSS processes are accurate and up-to-date. Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.
- Enhance Finance skills via an agreed and documented development plan.
