Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengelola pesanan pelanggan melalui platform online (Shopee, Tokopedia, WhatsApp, Instagram, dll.).
2. Membalas pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat, ramah, dan profesional.
3. Memantau dan memperbarui stok barang di sistem inventaris.
