Job Summary

Summary:

The “HR Business Partner” will be based in Flex Batam , reporting to Senior Director, Regional HRBP.

Responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and coach business on matters related to talent management, including HR requirements, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management, etc.
• Partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, Anticipate talent implications and impact to the organization. Identify issues and opportunities in closing organizational performance gaps and/or deploy effective tools and programs to achieve strategic vision and goals of the business.
• Support business segment in cascading goals to optimize alignment between business and human capital strategies, ensuring effective implementation.
• Partner with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet the business needs.
• Drive efficiency and positive organizational results through lean initiatives, alignment of systems, processes and structures to drive the right people behavior and engagement.
• Assist the business in making informed decisions with regard to people investment to achieve sustainable business results.
• Develop and deliver cross-cultural communications and change strategies.
• May participate in activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Plan, implement and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training and succession planning).

Coordinating all area in office management and work environment inside and outside including the legal aspect of office permit, coordinate with all function and department to ensure office operations, controlling reception and office building management  to ensure office operations run smoothly match with the quality-of-service Gameloft standards and policies. As part of HR and supporting Department team, taking part in improving employee experience in terms of office facilities. 

Detail responsibilities :

• Oversee general office coordination in the Studio.
• Maintain and check records of all bills from vendor under office management.
• Coordinating with immigration agent in registering new expats, extending the working documents for all expat and all necessities regarding visa and/or travel document;
• Maintain and review office budget, administer and control effectively all office expenses; follow up payments, and make sure with Accountant that all expenses are executed in due form.
• Supervise Office team to ensure all facilities are well operated and maintained (air-conditioning, electricity, drinks, telephone, meeting rooms, office furniture. Make sure supplies and equipment are provided in sufficient quantity and monitor the use.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to provide the best services with cost effectiveness; follow up all projects, fixing and operations related to office facilities.
• Upon necessities, working with IT and Building Maintenance in controlling office fit out regarding installation, decoration, movement, renovation any office facilities to match with quotation, agreement with vendors and plan validated by Studio Manager;
• Maintain inventory of office equipment and machines, ensure efficient asset management.
• Coordinate with building maintenance to ensure all the facilities, renovation, maintenance or new installment done, run smoothly and match with the expectation and plan.
• Compile all related report data office facilities (costs, damages, vendors) to determine the follow-up of the parties’ company, validated by Studio Manager
• Work Closely with Legal team to make sure that all office permits are valid and in order;

• Perform billing by visiting the debtor’s address.
• Responsibility for achieving target AR quality performance.
• Negotiating with debtors who are in arrears and providing solutions so that debtors pay immediately.
• Make an analysis report on the results of the visit of the debtors.

• Having a minimum High School Degree or Diploma Degree.
• Proven experience at least 3 years in related areas.
• Knowledge of the collection and recovery in the financial company area.
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Have experience and understanding of the placement area, and have good relations with related parties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP), filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources.

• 2+ years experience as an Architect or Senior Developer in a mid to large-sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization.

• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.

• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Proven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

• Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.

Our Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.
You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives

• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.

• Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.

• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers

• Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Required Qualifications:

• Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities in the local Indonesian market.

• Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.

• Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.

• Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).

• Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.

• Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

• Language: Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa-Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

• Ability to develop cases and service requirements, while crafting and leading strategic alliances.

Penelitian dan Penemuan: Mengungkap proses prospek saat ini, tantangan bisnis, dan tujuan strategis berdasarkan kasus penggunaan pelanggan dan hipotesis nilai.
Penyelesaian: Mengidentifikasi proposisi nilai yang menarik yang memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan dengan menunjukkan pemahaman tentang solusi teknologi.
Komunikasi Pelanggan: Berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dengan cara yang jelas, ringkas, dan tepat waktu menggunakan berbagai metode komunikasi (menulis, berbicara, presentasi) dan alat bantu (papan tulis, Google Slide, Zoom).
Aplikasi Sumber Daya: Terus menerus bekerja untuk mencapai hasil dengan menggunakan seluruh kemampuan sumber daya dan alat yang tersedia.
