What you'll be doing:

Content Creation:Â
- As our SEO Copywriter, your main role is to craft content that aligns perfectly with our brand's voice and ethical stance. This includes writing detailed product descriptions as well as blog posts that engage and inform about sustainability in the industry.
SEO strategy and optimization:
- You’ll make sure every piece of content, from blog posts to product pages, is optimized for maximum visibility and engagement. Think beyond the basics - meta descriptions, backlinks, and internal linking will all be in your toolkit.
- You’ll analyze keywords, track our rankings, and use insights to refine content strategies, driving more traffic and engagement.
- You’ll develop and implement a robust SEO strategy that increases our visibility online. This involves performing keyword research to understand what our audience is searching for and optimizing our content to rank well. You'll manage on-page SEO elements like meta tags and descriptions, headers, and image alt-text to ensure our content performs at its best.
Website optimization:
- Working closely together with the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll constantly refine and revamp the website so it doesn't only look good, but is also optimized for search engines and user experience. This includes updating product pages with keyword-rich tags and meta descriptions, optimizing navigation and collection pages, so every visitor's journey from homepage to checkout is seamless and satisfying.
Analyzing and reporting:Â
- You're not just launching content into the webosphere and hoping for the best. You’ll analyze performance using tools like GA4, Ubersuggest and SEMrush to see what's working and what isn't. You’ll track key metrics such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates to understand what content works and why.Â
- Based on data, you'll tweak and refine our strategy to boost SEO results, enhance user engagement, and increase conversions.Â
- Each month, you’ll track our progress, identify trends, and adjust our strategies to boost site traffic and search engine rankings. Your reports will guide our SEO efforts and shape future content strategies.
Your skill set:
- Native-level English: Your command of the English language is second to none.Â
- Proven SEO expertise: You bring a track record of successful SEO projects and content strategies that have significantly increased web traffic and sales.
- Copywriting experience: You have experience in crafting high-converting online content such as blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Tech-savvy: You’re comfortable with HTML/CSS, Shopify, and SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and more.
