II. Job responsibility:

• Sell Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries, Precision Cooling and Smart Solution

• Develop and grow the Powerplant market

• Take care relation with customers and create new opportunity

• Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager

• Visit customers and introduce products by presentation or etc.

III. Essential Professional Experience:

• At least have 2 years working experience in similar position.

• At least have good relationship with Powerplant Segment, such as PLN Nusantara

Power, PT. PLN Indonesia Power, PLN Engineering and other

IV. Skill:

• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

• Have strong presentation skill

• Have strong communication skill

• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage

V. Qualification:

• Age range 25 – 35 years old

• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is advantage or have sales electrical    

    products background

• Familiar in industrial power supply such as UPS, Rectifier Charger, Batteries, Precission

   Cooling and Smart Solution is advantage

• Have networking in power plant

• A driver type salesperson with a high ambition

• Strong business acumen and mental attitude to grow the business

• Have pleasant analytic, salesmanship personality, hardworking and good appearance

• Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team

• Ready and able to go on a business trip

Responsibility:

• Data Analysis of the plant operations, Business Peers, Cost Reports, 
• Carry out benchmarking for the plant operations with Copper smelting peer plants and identify areas of improvement. 
• Carry out regular plant visit, attend production meetings and present the finding of the data analysis and suggest potential solution. 
• Preparation of the Budgets

The Superintendent Mills will oversee the construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of the expanded milling circuit as part of the mineral processing plant capacity expansion. The role will require close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Project Execution and Management:

• Lead and coordinate all milling-related activities during the EPC project lifecycle.
• Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of milling equipment and related systems.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance on milling processes and equipment, including SAG mills, ball mills, and related auxiliary systems.
• Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and vendor documentation.
• Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Operational Readiness:

• Develop commissioning and start-up plans for the milling circuit.
• Train and mentor operational staff to ensure a seamless transition from project to operations.
• Collaborate with the process optimization team to meet throughput, recovery, and product quality targets.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a key liaison between the EPC contractor, vendors, and site teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Promote and enforce HSE best practices in all milling-related project activities; Ensure compliance with site and regulatory standards.
