• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in teaching/leading experience either indoors or outdoors, particularly with children

• High interest in and knowledge of the natural world and sustainability
• Highly enthusiastic and responsible person committed to teaching adults, youth, and children
• Ability to combine creativity and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and dependable, able to work long hours with groups of students in nature
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Have a CPR, First Aid, or AED certification is a plus
• Diploma in Education, Communication, Science/Environmental Science, English Literature, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
