The Senior Electrician position performs all tasks and duties of an electrical discipline including but not limited to, installing or maintaining the variable speed /SCR drives, electrical wiring on miscellaneous equipment including but not limited to, generators, air conditioning, refrigeration, and alarm systems. The Driller is a first line supervisor whose main duties are to direct and instruct the crew in the proper way to perform their duties and assigned tasks. This position is responsible for all operations pertaining to the drilling and completion of the well, including the circulating, rotating, hoisting, well control systems. It is the Driller’s responsibility to ensure that the work is performed safely, efficiently and according to procedure. The driller also takes total ownership of everything on the rig floor.

The position liaises with client representatives and rig site leadership to achieve operational objectives and milestones. The position is responsible for all operations and departments involved with the drilling and completion of the well. Also, to ensure that all work is performed safety, efficiently and according to procedure. This position is responsible for all operations, including but not limited to, hoisting, circulating, rotating, running casing, cementing or well control. The Toolpusher takes total ownership of all operations, departments and personnel pertaining to the drilling and completion of the well.

The position is also responsible for all operations and departments involved with the equipment commissioning, maintenance, drilling and completion of the well, including but not limited to, hoisting, circulating, rotating, running casing, cementing or well control. Also, to ensure that all associated work is preformed safety, efficiently and according to procedure. The Rig Superintendent takes total ownership of all operations, departments and personnel. This includes ensuring compliance with all company, client, state or federal rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1, all majors
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales manager and ever worked in Shoes/Garment/Label industrial is prefer
• Have factory audit experience
• Understand and comprehend the sales process in Modern Market
• Have good interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Able to work in team or individually
• Mastering good English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Able to work in details
• Able to operate a computer and system, especially the Ms program. Office
• Have good presentation skills
