About the Role
Responsible for developing Next Generation Leader Program and New Leader Value Proposition to agents and partners
- Accountable developing end to end NGL program, start from identifying potential life planner and build ecosystem such as communities, development program, activities and recognition platform as new leaders funnel
- Develop compelling new leader value proposition, addressing current difficulties of low promotion ratio due to comfortable and focus on personal selling, do not see the benefit of becoming a leader and view it more as burden with fewer benefits, lack of appreciation as leader, etc.
- Communication and updates on next generation leaders strategy and policies to internal key partners
- Continuous engagement with potential life planners and new leaders and internal key partners to maintain alignment
- Assess and review ground response and make timely interventions to ensure efficiency of initiatives
