Job Description :

1. Oversee recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees;
2. Manage employee relations, address concerns, and support staff development initiatives;
3. Implement and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations;
4. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, incl. contracts, benefits and performance data;
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and company policies;
6. Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, incl. supplies managament, facilities maintenance, and general office upkeep;
7. Develop and maintain administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency;
8. Provide translation support for HR and administrative documents in English, Chinese, and Indonesian;
9. Coordinate with external translation services as needed for complex documents;
10. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation of meeting materials;
11. Assist with organizing internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities;
12. Ensure data accuracy and secure storage of sensitive information.

Sebagai Operator Drone, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan drone dalam kegiatan pertanian seperti pemetaan lahan, penyemprotan pestisida, dan pemupukan. Selain itu, Anda juga bertugas melakukan perawatan dan teknisi dasar pada perangkat drone, termasuk inspeksi rutin, perbaikan ringan, dan memastikan drone selalu dalam kondisi optimal untuk mendukung operasional harian. Responsibilities

• Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan
• Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan
• Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis.

• SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Kalimantan
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang Grameen minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya
• Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
• Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model
• Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia

Community Experience Intern will focus on :

• Monitoring and activating user and community to persuade them to join our campaign.
• Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences.
• Engage with Supermom's internal community and external community partner
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, customer success, customer service, copywriting, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated skill in project management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and good attitude
• Ability to develop and implement persuasive content copy 
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably able to speak and write in English as well.

Back Up Operational's Responsibilities:

Recovery Process' Responsibilities:

• Melakukan portfolio management dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan dan action strategy penanganan.

• Melakukan analisa permasalahan di Point
• Memberikan feedback ke LPR dan HMB untuk melakukan action perbaikan
• Memberikan arahan yang bertujuan untuk tercapainya target recovery (Flow rate dan perbaikan PAR)

As a Digital Marketing Intern , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery. 

What will you do but not limited to: 

• Assist in the creation, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and more. 

• Support in set up, execute, optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels 

• Assist in designing split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party data 

• Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Google advertisers. 

• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights 

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports 

• Perform competitor analysis and trend research to improve strategies. 

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas for campaigns and marketing initiatives. 
• Support the team with scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and other tasks as needed. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer complaints through various channels, ensuring a prompt response and resolution.
