Summary of Responsibilities:
- Support and assist Senior Sales Manager for operational and administrative tasks
- Implement sales strategies
- Reply inquiries with timely manner (include FIT and Group)
- Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in the assigned markets
- Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share
- Maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies and segments
- Executes promotions campaigns in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms, and conferences
- Collaborating with the senior sales manager to develop monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual promotion budgets, formats, and objectives, being accountable for ROI
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks, consistently ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
