PT BIOTEK BUMI INDONESIA, perusahaan yang berfokus pada Industri Turunan Tembakau, sedang mencari seorang R&D Manager yang berpengalaman dan berkompeten untuk memimpin tim dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan solusi inovatif di bidang penelitian dan pengembangan. Posisi ini berperan strategis dalam mewujudkan visi perusahaan untuk menjadi pemimpin pasar di industri teknologi pangan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Memimpin tim R&D dalam mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi teknologi baru untuk produk dan proses produksi perusahaan.
• Mengembangkan inovasi produk Nicotine & e-liquid yang berkualitas tinggi dan sesuai dengan preferensi pasar.
• Memimpin dan mengelola tim R&D untuk memastikan target pengembangan tercapai tepat waktu.
• Membuat dan menerapkan SOP untuk R&D dan laboratorium.
• Mengelola anggaran dan sumber daya R&D dengan efisien.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dan pemasaran untuk memastikan produk sesuai dengan standar dan kebutuhan pasar.
• Meneliti dan mengimplementasikan teknologi baru untuk meningkatkan proses pengembangan produk.
• Bertugas untuk mengelola 2 Lab R&D: Nicotine & Eliquid Vape
• Mengelola anggaran, sumber daya, dan jadwal proyek R&D secara efektif.
• Mempresentasikan temuan dan hasil penelitian kepada manajemen senior dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya.

Job Desk CHANNEL BUSSINES DEVLOPMENT CBD

1.Melakukan perekrutan AXI dan Channel lain sebagai kontributor penjualan produk MPL & Bursa kendaraan bekas.

2.Membina AXI agar lebih produktif dan sejahtera

3.Mengadakan dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan pertemuan rutin Channel/Agen/Jaringan baik berupa Info AXI ataupun Gathering AXI.

4.Menjadi Konsultan Bisnis bagi seluruh Channel/Agent/ agar menjadi Channel yang mandiri dan mampu membina dan mengembangkan jaringan yang ada dibawahnya ( Rekan Bisnis ).

Responsibilities

• Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan
• Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan
• Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis.

• SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Kalimantan
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang Grameen minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya
• Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah
• Memahami & implementasi bisnis proses berdasarkan konsep Grameen model
• Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia

Community Experience Intern will focus on :

• Monitoring and activating user and community to persuade them to join our campaign.
• Oversee content development, ensuring it aligns with both client goals and audience preferences.
• Engage with Supermom's internal community and external community partner
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate reports highlighting key successes, insights, and recommendations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in community activation, customer success, customer service, copywriting, ideally in an agency setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Memberikan arahan yang bertujuan untuk tercapainya target recovery (Flow rate dan perbaikan PAR)

As a Digital Marketing Intern , you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively addressing and resolving complaints. This position involves close collaboration with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive improvements in service delivery. 

What will you do but not limited to: 

• Assist in the creation, implementation and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn and more.

About the role,

the Head of engineering has both a strategic and a technical role inside the company. The strategic aspect includes setting goals for the team, hiring engineers, and prioritizing projects. 1. Perencanaan program penanganan insiden dengan koordinasi bersama tim SOC & Security Engineer.
