• Memastikan penagihan dan piutang diproses dengan benar dan tepat waktu.

• Mengatasi dan mengoreksi segala perbedaan dalam akun atau penagihan.

• Membuat jadwal penagihan kepada Kolektor setiap hari dengan benar

• Berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara klien dan divisi terkait untuk menegosiasikan rencana pembayaran yang dapat diterima.

• Menarik dan menganalisa data sales dari sistem POS/ordering secara berkala

• Menganalisa umur piuting yang merujuk akun yang sudah lewat jatuh tempo ke penagihan

• Menyediakan atau memfasilitasi laporan dan analisis yang akurat terhadap data dan metrik penagihan untuk disajikan kepada BOD.

• Evaluasi dan inovasi tata cara kerja tim.

• Memastikan invoicing, collecting, reconciliation mutasi bank, dan receive payment tepat dan efektif waktu.

• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang ditugaskan.

Moladin is searching for a Legal & Compliance Officer! You will be responsible for ensuring that Moladin's operations and transactions are in compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company is operating within the legal framework while maintaining the highest standards of ethics.

• Designing and implementing operation at MOFI in order to support the company to be the prominent digital multi finance in Indonesia
• Overseeing day to day operations in lending business to ensure everything has been as per policies and procedures
• Creating and updating policies and procedures (SOP) for overall operation activity
• Lead Manage large team (>50 people) across Indonesia and able to give direction and decision for daily operations / business decision including to escalate for any issues to management
• Able to designing operation dashboard that can track productivity, SLA and cost management
• Creating zero fraud environment in company and able to identify for any potential operational backlogs

• Min Bachelor / Master Degree in reputable University
• Experience as Operation Head in Financial Institutions, that lead various operation businesses with total experience of 7-10 years.
• Advanced in project management and resolution handling
• Experience in managing big team (>30 people) with proactive mindset and problem solving
• Able to act as a trainer for all the team members
• Good leadership skills and ability to work well in a cross-cultural team and various other cross-functional stakeholders to achieve company goals.
• Adaptable and able to embrace change and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, able to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment (proficiency in English is a must)
