The Collection Staff will be an integral part of our Accounting Department, responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiating payment plans and settlements with delinquent accounts while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
