As a B2B Partnership & Account Manager (IT Product Solution), you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key partners and clients to promote our IT product solutions. Your role will be key in identifying opportunities, managing accounts effectively, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client needs.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients to present our IT product solutions and services.
- Develop strategic partnership frameworks and lead negotiations to secure optimal agreements.
- Conduct needs assessments to create tailored solutions for partners and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality product solutions and support.
- Monitor account performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Partnership Management, Account Management, or IT product sales.
- In-depth knowledge of IT product solutions and related services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving results through data-driven decision making.
- Experience in project management and working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
