• Melakukan kunjungan bersama ke toko grosir berpotensial dengan melakukan kunjungan secara individual maupun tim;
• Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan mengenai pipeline, submission, dan disbursement ke Area Manager;
• Membuat relasi yang baik dengan toko grosir yang ada.

Kriteria :

• Memiliki pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Koordinator/Team Leader dari industri FMCG/SME Banking, atau memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dibidangnya;
• Memiliki hubungan bisnis yang baik dengan wholesaler/distributor FMCG di area Cirebon;
• Target oriented;
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan berjualan yang baik;
• Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM;
• Penempatan di Cirebon dan Remote Working (WFH).

Melakukan proses penjualan terhadap customer untuk memenuhi target yang telah ditentukan dengan tetap memperhatikan kepuasan pelanggan

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyse costing reports, COGS, as well as verification of supporting documents.
• Analyse Bill of Materials accuracy, COGS efficiency, as well as cost process compliance.
• Provide assistance to the organization in preparing budget process.
• Prepare, devise, and regulate procedure (SOP) for establishing unit cost of products and inventory control.
• Create and analyse projected income tax payable.
• Create and control the preparation of the transfer Pricing Documents.

• Melakukan kunjungan dan merekrut dealer potensial.
• Menjelaskan tentang bisnis dan produk consignment Moladin Digital Indonesia.
• Membantu dealer dalam proses transaksi pembelian (buyout) dan penjualan (sellout).
• Mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan dealer partner.
• Melakukan pemantauan inventaris unit di dealer partner.

• Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara.
• Wajib memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai sales di perusahaan multifinance/otomotif/perbankan/koperasi/asuransi.
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan dealer kendaraan.
• Memiliki integritas tinggi dan kemampuan kerjasama yang baik.
• Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan.
• Memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C.
